Central Services, Inc., as we were known in 1947, began as a way to manage the automotive dealerships in Kansas City, Missouri. As time passed, we recognized the need of our customers to gather information about how dealers outside the Kansas City area were doing business. How were they achieving success? What could they teach us, and what could we teach them in return? In direct response to these questions, Central Services, Inc. developed a process that enabled dealerships from around the country to exchange ideas, experiences and expertise. This process became known as the "20 Group" concept. The name of the company was changed to Nichols, Campbell & Morrow to honor the three individuals who engineered this innovative concept. Then in the 1980s, we became an employee-owned company and changed our name accordingly to NCM Associates, Inc. We started with one group of 20 Ford dealerships. Now, with more than 57 years of experience with 20 Groups, NCM has compiled the automotive industry's most comprehensive database of dealer information -- information that has become the industry benchmark® for success. Our group moderators are seasoned experts who understand the dynamics and needs of their groups, and who deliver on those needs in more ways than ever before.
