Jill Hobbie, Vice President of Operations, has been with NCM since March 1987; she has moved from assisting NCM’s 20 Group Moderators to Administration. Beginning her career learning each aspect of the business and subsequent departments, along with her accomplishment in obtaining her PHR Certification, Jill shows her diligence in taking the necessary steps to meet the needs of the company.
Jill obtained her PHR “industry recognized” certification in Human Resources understanding the necessity for ensuring compliant HR practices within NCM.
