Kathryn joined the NCM team in June of 2007 starting in the DP Department. She is currently Executive Assistant for Jill Hobbie, Tony Noland and Fred O’Dwyer. Kathryn has spent her past years focusing on improvement strategies with skills in problem resolution and customer service. Her experience in: quality assurance, technical documentation, team leadership, and matrix management within the IT arena has prepared her for excellence in decision making as well as maintaining perseverance for quality and customer satisfaction.
Her past professional background has been with companies such as UPS, Sprint, US Government GSA PBS division. She has served in management, gathered requirements from stakeholders in a quality assurance role, worked as a Help Desk liaison for GTE Data services as well as working within the mortgage industry.
Kathryn is actively involved with her children’s education; from being PTO President to having a passion to encourage young minds to ceaselessly educate themselves with the joy of learning, expanding their minds with books.
