Brent joined NCM in late 2007 as an Executive Conference Moderator after 17 years in sub-prime finance and collections. He spent the last 11 years in Buy Here Pay Here, 10 years of which was spent with Auto Master Buy Here Pay Here headquartered in northwest Arkansas.

Brent served as Vice President of Portfolio Management. He played an integral part in growing Auto Master from 3 small volume single state locations to 10 locations in 3 states, which generated a volume of over 700 units per month and the company selling in August 2006 to First Cash Financial Services (FCFS). FCFS is a company that is publicly traded on NASDAQ.

Brent left Auto Master in early 2007 to join The Car Store in Louisville, Kentucky as the General Manager of their related finance company where he remained until joining the NCM team.

Brent and his wife, Janet, reside in Louisville with their two daughters.
