Joan Potter joined NCM in 2004. Belonging to the NCM family, Joan brings the experience of 21 years in the automotive industry. Joan spent 6 years working in automobile dealership accounting, and the past 16 years as co- owner of a retail tire and automobile service dealership.

Joan’s focus is to help each of her members and groups sustain increased growth and improve their business through continuous education.
