Joe Messner joined NCM Associates in November 2005 as an Executive Conference Moderator. He is currently working with six 20 Groups and developing three others. Prior to joining NCM, Joe spent 23 years on the wholesale side of the business and 3 years in retail. Messner was a member of the NCM Mercedes-Benz 20 Group during his time in retail.
Joe has a background in Marketing and Finance and has over 10 years of P&L responsibility. His unique blend of wholesale and retail background has prepared him to become a moderator that can explore the big picture as well as day to day operations.

Messner is service oriented and takes a strong interest in his clients and their businesses. He is most gratified when a member of one of his groups can take the feedback from his colleagues back to the dealership and make changes that positively impact the bottom line.
Joe Messner has 26 years of experience in the Automotive industry. He began as a Field Sales trainee for Ford Motor Co in 1980. He spent the following 4 years with the Ford Division, then 1 year with the Lincoln-Mercury Division before moving to Mercedes-Benz of North America. Joe was with Mercedes-Benz from 1985 through 2003, and he held 7 different positions in 7 locations during that time. His last position was General Manager of the Midwest Region out of Chicago.
In 2003, Messner accepted an opportunity to run a dealer group in Kansas City with 4 locations and 14 franchises. He held the position of President for the Group and General Manager for the luxury dealership.
