Patrick has 29 years of experience working with dealership operations. His expertise involves development of dealership processes to improve profit and growth opportunities for car dealers. He believes that planning for success and tracking results is the cornerstone for achieving goals. He is pleased to be at NCM and feels that his background will be a great fit for NCM 20 groups and their mission to improve their business.
Patrick began his dealership experience with International Harvester while working with the Dealer Placement and Facilities Planning group. His experience there involved dealer placements, manual financial statement review, dealership succession planning and facilities development. IH began to automate their dealers and Pat was instrumental in working with dealers on their Accounting and Parts Inventory control computer systems.
Patrick spent the next 22 years with Ford Motor Co. as a Trainer and Product Specialist for the Ford Dealer Computer Services Division then later holding several positions with Ford Customer Services Division. He became a lecturer and trainer for the ADMI Parts Inventory Control program then he helped set up the national communications network of FordStar. He worked to improve dealership operations through programs like "Field Consulting Approach" and "Business Development Analysis." As the Quick Lane Project Manager for the Mid-South, Pat was instrumental in establishing several successful in-dealership Quick Lanes throughout the south. Patrick was also the Project Manager and facilitator for "The Race to Talladega" Ford Racing contest for 5 years.
Most recently, Patrick worked with DealerPro Training Solutions as a Fixed Operations consultant. He also lectured at workshops on Frozen Capital and Parts Inventory Control.
