Scott Norman

Scott Norman came to NCM Associates, Inc. in February 1988, after 15 years in the retail automobile business where he held positions as controller, and parts and service director. During that time, he was also an independent consultant, specializing in accounting and fixed operations and an instructor for the Chrysler Marketing Institute.

With NCM, in addition to serving as an executive conference moderator, Norman has co-authored the NCM Profit Skills Seminar and co-authored the NCM/JSDO CFO Boot Camp.

He was involved in an NCM training project in Japan with a major import manufacturer to create Twenty Groups among their dealers.

He currently serves on the NCM Board of Directors and is chairman of NCM's ESOP Administrative Committee.

Scott’s background in accounting, fixed operations and training allow him to bring to his groups a unique combination of operational experience and analytical skills.
