Garry House is a former high-volume GM Dealer with 22 years retail experience and 20 years training and consulting experience.
Garry joined the NCM In Dealership Solutions Division in 1995. He continually maintains aIn Dealership Solutions Client Base of six to eight Dealers, most of which are multi-store operations.
His analytical background, coupled with his “Let’s make it happen!” attitude, assists in identifying, quantifying, and implementing profit opportunities and affords him the ability to develop strong, long-term relationships with Dealer Principals and their key management personnel.
Garry focuses his consulting efforts on Management Training and Accountability, with an emphasis on “achieving long-term growth, without sacrificing short-term profitability.” His client dealers pride themselves on Maximizing Sales and Gross, Targeting a 30%++ Net-to-Gross Retention, accompanied by Sound Asset Management, Measured Employee Satisfaction, and Unparalleled Customer Satisfaction.
Garry is renowned as one of the few qualified Full Dealership (‘turn-key”) Trainers and Consultants in the retail automotive industry. His expertise and availability extends to Departmental In Dealership Solutions in Dealership Accounting and Administration, New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Operations, Financial Services Management, all elements of Fixed Operations, and Special Projects.
Garry is also credited with authoring and conducting numerous training programs for Dealership Operators, Dealers-In-Training, Chief Financial Officers and Controllers, and Department Managers for both individual dealerships and multi-store operations. Mr. House also functions as the NCM Training Partner to Sonic Automotive, Inc. Garry has worked with more than 300 client dealerships.

Prior to NCM:
Garry House entered the Automotive Industry in 1961. He was first employed as an automotive sales consultant, then in dealership management roles, and finally served as Dealer Principal and Owner-Operator at a General Motors Dealership in the Flint, Michigan market from 1965 – 1987.
After the successful sale of his dealership in 1987, Mr. House formed and operated Garry House & Associates Company, an independent consulting firm focused on Dealership Operational and Financial Planning and Controls.
