Our Instructors:
Jeff Sacks is considered
one of the premier experts in dealership operations. His accounting and business finance degrees, coupled with his practical “in the seat” operational experience, have allowed him
to offer his unique insights to automotive clients worldwide.
Jeff has been involved in the auto industry since 1977. He merged his consulting practice and became principal with Dixon Hughes PLLC (formerly Dixon Odom), a leading
automotive CPA firm, in 2001. In 2005, NCM Associates, Inc. and Jeff Sacks finally merged after collaborating for many years on various joint initiatives, including General
Manager’s BootcampSM, Executive Financial Management Bootcampsm and Financial Statement BootcampSM.

Wayne George joined NCM
in June 2000 as an Executive Twenty Group Moderator. Prior to his joining the company, Wayne spent 29 years in the retail automotive world working with both private and public cap groups. He was also a charter member of the NCM General Managers Top Twenty Group for 7 years.
Wayne has the unique abilities of being able to look at the numbers and identify what is going on behind the scenes, and then provide the insight for making effective changes in any operation.
Wayne's general management responsibilities and his extensive dealership operations experience, makes him well suited to share his insights and wisdom at GM BootcampSM.
