OUR INSTRUCTORS
Jeff Sacks immigrated to the United States in 1977 and has immersed himself in car dealership operations since then. After having worked for a variety of dealerships he founded Jeff Sacks & Associates, a consulting company dealing with the needs of his automotive clients.
Jeff Sacks is considered one of the premier experts in dealership operations. His accounting and business finance
degrees, coupled with his practical “in the seat” operational experience, have allowed him to offer his unique insights
to automotive clients worldwide. Jeff has been involved in the auto industry since 1977. He merged his consulting practice and became a principal with
Dixon Hughes PLLC (formerly Dixon Odom), a leading automotive CPA firm, in 2001.
In 2005, NCM Associates, Inc. and Jeff Sacks finally merged after collaborating for many years on various joint initiatives, including the General
Manager’s Bootcamp®, Executive Financial Management Bootcampsm and Financial Statement Bootcamp®. |
Mark Tallman of MTBI began his automotive career at age 19 and launched his own sales and management training
company at 21. He has worked with a variety of automotive industry leaders including Jackie B. Cooper and Joe
Verde.
Mark created an extensive training curriculum for Penske Automotive Group that has evolved into one of the
most cohesive management and sales training systems in the country. Mark is constantly engaged to speak before
many sales training forums both in the US and internationally. His busy overseas schedule includes training sessions in both New Zealand and South Africa.

For over 60 years, NCM has been working with dealerships all over the country, providing
