MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:

Internet Director/Manager Bootcamp Instructor David Kain is uniquely qualified for this role given his 20+ years of automotive retail experience, including his position as dealer principal and president of Kain Auto Group. His extensive internet experience includes developing his own dealership internet department and acting as co-founder and COO of FordDirect.com, the dealer/factory owned joint venture that is the internet lead provider to Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealers. David remains a partner in his two family Ford dealerships in Kentucky. David started KainAutomotive.com in 2003 and has developed a training program considered to be the model for the Industry.


Internet Director/Manager Bootcamp Instructor Bobby Malatia has 7+ years of automotive retail experience, including his starting an internet department at a large Ford dealership in Dallas that went from selling 20 vehicles each month to more than 115 each month. Next, he ran the dealership’s BDC department and took them from 50 sales each month to over 80, while increasing the dealership’s overall CSI and his department’s gross average. During his time in this department, Bobby appointed a BDC staff member to the service department, increasing service CSI as well as getting customers to return to the service department, leading to increased profits month over month.


Internet Director/Manager Bootcamp Instructor John Avery was a vital member of the Bradshaw Automotive Group for nearly 13 years with the three Saturn franchises. He began as a sales consultant and shortly thereafter was asked to open and manage their Spartanburg, SC location. He has also held the positions of used vehicle manager, new vehicle manager, financial services manager, and most recently the internet sales manager for all three locations. Because of his versatility, John is very adept in intergrating the internet with the normal day to day sales processes.
