What is an NCM Twenty Group? Twenty Groups are made up of non-competing dealers
who are willing to discuss, in detail, each other's business. Twenty Group meetings provide you the opportunity to visit with your peers
three times a year in a setting away from your business; which allows you to focus on and analyze your operation, looking for opportunities
to fine tune and maximize profits in order to stay ahead of the competition.
Why should I join? The simple answer: to become more profitable! To be successful,
you must surround yourself with other successful people in your business. Everyone benefits from the overview of their financial data and
operational information. Open discussions of best practices are shared and taken home to be implemented. Monthly you receive a specially
designed financial composite and other financial tools to compare your operation with group and manufacturer specific benchmark® metrics.
These allow you to compare, in detail, every facet of your operation with some of the top business operations in the country.
This is a score changing, not a score keeping program!
Who decides what is discussed in the meetings? Group members decide. From specific
documents completed by you, your moderator works with the group's agenda committee to create the most topical meeting agenda and to facilitate
the many other services NCM provides. Again, the group decides.
How long are the meetings? The meetings range from 1-1/2 days to 3 days depending on the format chosen by each group.
Who runs the meetings? NCM professional, trained moderators with real world, retail relevant experience, facilitate the meetings while selected members act as the meeting chairperson.
Where will the meetings be held? Locations are selected by the group's members.
How much does it cost? The cost is $265 per month for a group of twenty members.
This covers your monthly financial tools and the base cost of the meeting. You will be responsible for your direct meeting expenses and an
allocation of the expenses generated for the meeting, such as group meals, meeting room and guest speaker expenses.
How do I keep in touch with members and my moderator between meetings? NCM developed
a secure and confidential "listserv" service which allows a member to email questions to group members and see all of the return responses.
Accountability is enhanced as group members and your moderator can easily follow-up on member commitments and concerns.
