NCM Trainers are available to analyze each department to develop a business plan that will improve net profit. Processes for improvement are recommended and a disciplined accountability software tool provides progress follow up. Two weeks are spent at your dealership. Thereafter weekly phone and internet follow up provide strong coaching communication. Ongoing visits are scheduled every 10 weeks.
