Automobile Dealership 20 Groups

These groups generally meet two to three times a year to solve common problems and to develop new ideas. The groups offer diverse perspectives of the business as well as letting you see coming trends before they hit your market. During these meetings, you also review a comprehensive financial composite of comparative data that points out potential opportunities for your individual business. During these financial reviews, you are able to ask questions of individuals who are performing at a higher level than you and answer questions of those who aren't as strong as you in a particular area. The concept is simple, mutual advancement. Topics of conversation are varied, but are issues that you face every day.

Mega-Dealer Groups

Multiple Dealership Management (MDM) groups are for dealers that own several dealerships. The primary goal of the meetings for this type of group is aimed at the challenges facing a dealer with multiple locations. Meetings are normally held three times a year for a day and a half. The glue that binds a multiple dealership management group is a monthly composite of financial information. Each member can compare his own dealerships with each other, with other dealerships of like franchise, or in an 'All-Groups Composite' that can compare the operating totals with the totals of similar members in our entire database.
